What we collect

Name, email, shipping address, and the text you ask us to engrave. Payment data is handled by Shopify Payments and never reaches our servers.

Why

To make and ship your order, to answer you, and — if you opt in — to send you email.

The engraving text

It often contains a child's first name. We use it to make your stamp and to reprint it if there's a problem. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we delete it 24 months after your order.

Who sees your data

Shopify (store and payments), our engraving partner (name only, to make the stamp), the carrier (address), and our email tool if you subscribe.

Cookies

Shopify sets what it needs to run the cart. Advertising cookies only after you accept them in the banner.

Your rights

Write to support@stampira.com to access, correct or delete your data. US residents: this includes the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we don't sell it in any case.

Children

We sell to adults. We never knowingly collect data directly from a child.
