WHO WE ARE
This store is operated by Rajen LLC, doing business as Stampira. For the purpose of applicable data protection laws, Rajen LLC is the controller of your personal information. Contact: support@stampira.com.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit stampira.com, buy from us, or write to us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this policy, this policy controls on questions of personal information.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Contact and delivery details — name, email address, shipping address, billing address.
Personalization details — where a product is made to your specification, the text, style and options you submit in the configurator.
Order information — what you bought, when, order value, order status, returns and refunds.
Payment information — handled by Shopify Payments and the card networks. We see the card type and the last four digits; we never receive or store your full card number.
Device and usage information — IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and how you reached us, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
What you send us — the content of your emails and any photo you attach to a support request.
PERSONALIZATION DATA — READ THIS ONE
On some of our products, the text you submit is a person's name, and often a child's first name. We treat it as what it is: sensitive.
We use it only to produce your order and to remake it if something goes wrong.
We pass it to the production partner who makes your item, and they receive nothing else about you.
We never use it for advertising, we never sell it, we never share it with advertising platforms, and it never appears in any marketing material.
We delete it 24 months after your order, unless we are required to keep the order record longer for tax or accounting purposes.
WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To take, produce, ship and support your order; to answer you; to prevent fraud and abuse; to meet our legal and tax obligations; to measure how our website and our advertising perform; and, if you have opted in, to send you email about our products.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Shopify Inc. — hosts this store and processes payments. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users.
Our production partners — receive only what is needed to make your item.
Carriers — receive the delivery address needed to bring you the parcel.
Our email tool — receives your email address, only if you subscribe.
Advertising and analytics partners, including Meta Platforms — may receive limited event and device information about your visit, and only where you have accepted advertising cookies. This kind of sharing can qualify as a "sale" or "share" under some US state laws. See "Your choices" below.
Authorities and advisers — where we are legally required to disclose information, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never sell or share personalization data under any circumstances.
COOKIES
Shopify sets the cookies the cart and checkout need to work; those cannot be turned off without breaking the store. Analytics and advertising cookies, including Meta, are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
YOUR CHOICES AND YOUR RIGHTS
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.
Use the "Your Privacy Choices" page on this site to opt out of targeted advertising, or email support@stampira.com for anything else. If you browse with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser automatically. We answer within the time the law allows, we may need to verify your identity first, and we never treat you differently for exercising a right. You can appeal a decision by replying to us.
Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom: we do not currently ship outside the United States, but if you contact us from there, the same rights apply, plus the right to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
MARKETING EMAIL
We only email you marketing if you asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. Order and delivery emails are not marketing and are sent regardless.
CHILDREN
We sell to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child. A child's name reaches us only because a parent typed it into an order, and it is used only to make the product that parent bought. If you believe a child has sent us information directly, email us and we delete it.
HOW LONG WE KEEP THINGS
Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. Personalization data: 24 months. Support emails: 24 months. Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
SECURITY
Payment pages are encrypted and operated by Shopify. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as card numbers by email — we will never ask you to.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our service providers, including Shopify, may store or process data outside the United States. Where that happens we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
CHANGES
We update this policy when our practices change. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date at the top.
